Return Policy
All returned products must reference a "Return Authorization Number" from the Overly Hautz Company. Standard products may be returned, prepaid, within 30 days of shipment date with no re-stocking charge assesed. Standard products returned more than 30 days after shipment date are require manager approval prior to returning. Standard products sold more than 6 months ago cannot be returned. Sales of special(custom-built) products are final.* No returns will be permitted.
Special Products are defined as custom built bases, rails, conversion bases, or any other item that is not considered a stock item of Overly Hautz. Special orders and custom-built items may not be returned unless approved by Overly Hautz. If a custom order is cancelled, the customer will be billed for all work and materials used up to the point of cancellation.
